We accept Tricare insurance and private pay including: cash, square payment (card), or check. Also, some insurances allow you to pay for services and submit for partial reimbursement yourself.

The short answer is, it depends. Every client is different and the severity of situations are different. We have seen clients as little as two months and have had clients for years. In the beginning it is important to come weekly.

The first session will consist of an intake process where we gather pertinent information about your life/current situation. Counseling sessions are 50 mins in length and are a safe space for you to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be overwhelming or causing you distress.
