My approach on counseling utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These methods will help you gain insight into disruptive thought patterns that are keeping you from reaching your full potential, while incorporating your strengths, and integrating mindfulness practices.
