How long should I expect to go to counseling?

The short answer is, it depends. Every client is different and the severity of situations are different. We have seen clients as little as two months and have had clients for years. In the beginning it is important to come weekly.

What should I expect in therapy sessions?

The first session will consist of an intake process where we gather pertinent information about your life/current situation. Counseling sessions are 50 mins in length and are a safe space for you to discuss your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that may be overwhelming or causing you distress.
